Please note, everyone must have their own golf bag & golf clubs to play the course. No sharing is allowed due to slowing the pace of play. Groups must be no larger than four people.

9 Hole Course

Ely On Par challenging par 31, 9 hole golf course. On Par boasts a concise yet ingeniously crafted nine-hole golf course. It's unexpectedly demanding layout offers challenges for even experiences golfers. Each hole is situated within gently undulating borders, creating an intimate and private ambiance where everyone can feel confident playing on course.

Heron's Haunt

Take on the ponds at your peril and beware of the out of bounds to the left bordering the driving range.

Par 4 - 289 Yards

Kingfisher Corner

The next hole is a dogleg left unless you take the direct route over the poplar trees but be wary of the pond.

Par 4 - 275 Yards

Magpies Hideaway

A slight dogleg left unless one is tempted to take the direct route over the rise.

Par 4 - 248 Yards

Woodpecker's Knock

The last and longest of the par four holes.

Blackcaps Song

A testing par three with a bunker guarding the approach to the green.

Buzzards Rise

One then climbs to the top of the bank to survey the superb panorama in front of Little Downham and the surrounding countryside.

Kestrel's Hunt

From the back tree one can only see the left hand side bunker of the two that gate post the green.

Crow's Nest

Another climb to the top of the bank will then reveal the ship of the fens, Ely Cathedral.

Blue Tit's Hangout

The final hole can bring joy or despair, a pond waits to swallow any ball falling short of the green

Come along and see what we are all about! You don’t have to book, just turn up and play, we have everything you need to start playing the fantastic game of golf. Our friendly and helpful staff will get you started, so what have you got to lose? If you are 16 and under and wanting to play golf with friends, you will need to fill in and return the below disclaimer form. This needs to be completed by a parent or guardian over 18, before we will allow you out on the course.
